So the Invisible Ink is the writing below the surface of words. This is what Brian MacDonald is exposing to us in this guide, and now that I've read most of it, I'll never watch a movie the same way again. It seems to be a very difficult business for characters in a story to talk with each other in a believable way. MacDonald knows all the tricks and shares them with us. I'm not a writer but I love movies, and this book is fascinating.

Very Accessible Instruction
The best part of Invisible Ink is that beginners can use it. There are hundreds of screenwriting books out there, but they seem to be written for fairly experienced writers. I've always wanted to write my own screenplays but have been very intimated about how to begin, until now. And it's a wonderful feeling to have a pro guiding me in this straightforward way.
