1½ cups chocolate low-fat dairy or soy milk
1 cup plain low-fat dairy or soy milk
1 banana, in chunks
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup dried apricots
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 2 minutes.
- Pour into juice glasses and serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
